The Pinky Swear Chess Set features our hallmark design materials and is made entirely by hand from start to finish. This imaginative piece poses a playful question: how would the age-old game look if it were reborn in a whimsical, offbeat realm? Each piece brims with unexpected forms and daring hues, transforming the chessboard into a stage of surprises. It’s more than a reimagining, it’s an invitation to explore strategy through a colorful, dreamlike lens that challenges tradition and celebrates boundless creativity. The production requires a meticulous fourteen step process invented by our craftsmen. Three different molds are utilized to create the Buddy Rhodes artisanal concrete base resulting in an organic moon like finish which can not be replicated. The negative space is then individually poured with a blend of custom pigmented acrylic and resin while at the same time being masterfully hand mixed to create unique galaxy like formations in each square. No two chess sets are alike. Production is limited to ten sets per year.
